Les Quatre Sources, in other words 'The Four Sources' in French.
"Whence this name?" Can we hear you think. Well, 4 springs form the basis for the pond at the back of our garden. It is a spring-fed pond, hence the clear water. "But why in French?"

Will you think now. In 2024 it will be 210 years since Limburg was liberated from the French, after a period of 20 years.

Between 1750 and 1780, Limburg was a quiet and reasonably prosperous area. At that time, the ideas of the Enlightenment began to penetrate the cities.
 

The Enlightenment is seen as one of the pillars of Western civilization that initiated major changes in thinking about religion, philosophy, art, science and politics.
 

The Enlightenment gave rise to modernization of society through individualization, emancipation, feminism and globalization. The principle of equality, human rights and the
civil rights have their roots here, as does free thinking.

In this we see many similarities with the current time in which we are. Les Quatre Sources therefore focuses on free thinking and spirituality. With our unique location at the foot of the church; spring-fed pond and a bagua & Feng Shui decorated garden, we want to propagate a unique concept and offer people the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place.
